What happens when my trial ends?
Choose a plan to carry on. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: you can still view and download everything, but not create new documents.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time from Subscription. Upgrades start straight away and we charge the difference for the rest of the period.
Do you add tax to the price?
[Confirm with your accountant.] Prices exclude tax. UK customers pay VAT at 20%. Elsewhere, we add local VAT, GST or sales tax where we are required to collect it; business customers in some countries account for it themselves (reverse charge).
Which currencies can I pay in?
Your subscription can be paid in pounds, euros, US, Canadian or Australian dollars, Indian rupees or UAE dirhams. Inside the app you can quote and invoice your own clients in any of these currencies, per client or per invoice.
How do I cancel?
Online in Settings, Subscription, in two clicks, and we confirm by email. Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term; yearly plans end when the paid year ends. After that your account stays read-only for 90 days so you can download everything. Cancellation terms.
Can anyone else see my data?
No. Your data is confidential to your company. Only you and the people you add can see it, and Invoice Universe staff cannot look unless you approve a request by email. Privacy policy.
Do prices go up?
We review prices once a year. Any rise is capped, comes with at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before it applies at no cost. Price change terms.
